I'm a wife, a mom to three littles, and someone who's spent almost a decade working in strategic human resources, recruiting, and bookkeeping — long enough to know that the businesses doing the most good in the world are often the ones with the least time to think about their books.
Why I started Providence Consulting Miami
I kept meeting incredible business owners — women building something meaningful, moms running a business around nap schedules, founders driven by a mission bigger than profit — who were brilliant at what they did and completely overwhelmed by the financial and HR side of running it.
I wanted to be the person who takes that weight off their shoulders. Not by talking over their heads, not by making them feel behind — but by genuinely handling it, explaining it clearly, and giving them room to breathe.
